 Support Insight Assessment Interview Website
Dear Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in Decatur Memorial Hospital. The next step in the application process is a Web-based interview developed in partnership with The Gallup Organization.
This interview will help Decatur Memorial Hospital learn more about you and the talents you might bring to our organization.
During the interview, you will be asked a variety of questions; some multiple-choice and some that require you to rate items on a Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree scale.
The interview takes approximately 30-45 minutes. This is a timed assessment. You will need to complete this assessment in one session with no interruptions. You may complete this assessment from any computer which has internet access. Computer terminals are available for you to use to complete the assessment in our HR Recruiting office. Please keep in mind that dial up or slow connections may result in difficulty completing the assessment; therefore it is highly recommended you take the assessment from a computer with high-speed internet access.

Assessment Instructions
- Launch a Web browser to start. You may use any Web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer or Netscape) to take the assessment.
- Enter the Clinical Insight URL : https://gx.gallup.com/healthcareclinicalinsight.gx
a. If you are a new user, select the Register button under the First Time Applicant section.
- The site uses your e-mail address as a User Name. If you do not currently have a personal e-mail account to use, you can create a free account through several reputable providers such as Yahoo!, Hotmail or AOL.
b. If you are a returning user (including if you have taken this assessment for a different hospital), enter the User Name and Password you used to create your account. If you have difficulty recalling your username or password, you can call Gallup’s Client Support team at 1-877-425-5872 for assistance.

- Carefully read the instructions on how to proceed and for each subsequent section of the assessment.
